Foam filled Fender PU

The foam-filled (polyurethane) fender PU is extremely durable, it has a lower coefficient of friction and a lower specific weight. The material does not stain and it can be produced in a variety of striking colors.

The core has a high density, so it absorbs energy easily. The advantage of this is that the response to compression is lower. This type of fender is used on fast moving ships where weight also plays an important role.
